Joining

Open Rescue Network and join. You choose what you share - your general area and whether you have room, not your donor list, your fosters, or your finances. Nothing is shared until you opt in, and you can leave at any time.

Matches

The Matches tab flags likely duplicates across organisations - the same found dog reported to you and to the shelter one town over. Review each one and confirm or dismiss it, so two groups aren’t running the same search or holding space for the same animal.

Capacity

The Capacity board is where you post what you need and what you can take. If you are full, you can ask for a placement. If you have a free run or an open foster home, you can offer it. Contact details are only shown to the org on the other side of an agreed placement.

Transport

Once a placement is agreed, someone has to drive. Transport runs let you lay out the legs of a journey, assign each leg to a driver, and mark it as it happens, so everybody involved can see where the animal actually is today.

Reunifications

When a networked match ends with a pet going home, the Reunifications tab records it and produces a certificate for the owner. Those reunifications also land in your own Documents page.

Reputation

The Reputation tab is the track record you build by answering requests and completing the placements you agree to. It tells another group whether you follow through before they hand you an animal.

Can other rescues see our animals?

Only what you choose to put on the network - a capacity offer or request, or a found-pet report that generates a match. Your internal records stay yours.

Do partners see our donors or fosters?

No. Nothing about donors, fosters, or finances crosses organisations.

Can the Ops Copilot help with this?

Yes. You can ask it to list network needs and offers, post one, and set up or update a transport run.
