What lands here

Paperwork is filed automatically as you work. You never upload to this page directly - it collects what the rest of the app creates:

• Donation, sponsorship, and adoption-fee receipts
• Annual tax letters for donors
• Adoption agreements
• Fund disbursements and proofs of payment
• Vet records
• Reunification certificates from lost and found
• Files people attached to a form submission
• Files a foster attached to a placement

Finding something

   Search by name, animal, or person in the box at the top.

   Or narrow by type using the chips - donation receipt, adoption agreement, vet record, and so on.

   Tick Show replaced versions if you need an older copy of something that was reissued.

Opening a document

Click the title to open a side panel with its details - the date, the amount where there is one, which version it is, and why it was reissued. From there you can:

• Open file - view or download the document itself.
• Reissue - generate a fresh copy, for example after correcting a donor’s name. The old version is kept.
• Where this belongs - jump straight to the animal, donor, adoption, or fund case it came from.

Find older paperwork

Files created before this page existed aren’t listed automatically. Click Find older paperwork once and Fosterling sweeps your records and indexes anything it finds. It’s safe to run again - it only adds what is missing, and tells you it found nothing new when everything is already listed.

Can fosters and volunteers see this page?

No. Documents is limited to admins and coordinators, since it includes donor and financial paperwork.

Can I upload my own file here?

Not to this page. Attach it where it belongs - to the animal, the placement, or the form - and it will appear here.

Does reissuing send anything to the recipient?

No. It generates a corrected copy for you to send however you normally would.
