What happens when I upgrade from Solo to Rescue or Pro?

You keep every animal, photo, and record. The upgrade is instant — new features unlock immediately and you'll be charged the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing cycle.

Can I downgrade or cancel?

Absolutely. Downgrade to Solo anytime and you won't be charged again. Your data stays safe for 90 days so you can come back without starting over.
