“We were running the whole rescue out of three spreadsheets and a group chat. Now intake takes a photo and a sentence, our fosters update us themselves, and nobody has to remember which dog is due for a booster. It gave us our evenings back.”
What changed
From group chat to one shared record
Before
Every new dog meant another row in another spreadsheet.
With Fosterling
Intake takes a photo and a sentence. Fosterling fills in the record for them to check.
Before
Foster updates were scattered through a group chat.
With Fosterling
Fosters send their own updates, and they land on the right dog's timeline.
Before
Someone had to remember which dog was due for a booster.
With Fosterling
Vaccine and medication reminders come up on their own.
